Our automatic bottle oil filling capping labeling machine, adopting piston type filling & linear line design, are widely used for auto bottles, jerrycans or jars packaging of various liquid or viscous liquid, oil, cream, or paste, greatly welcome in daily chemical, pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food & drinks fields.
Main features:
1. The liquid piston filling capping labeling machine can be equiped with bottle unscrambling machine, washing machine, liquid mixing machine ect for turnkey project.
2. Piston filling can be servo controlled or air cylinder penumatically controlled based on actual production, meeting various foamy or nonfoamy, explosive or non-explosive production requirements.
3. This capper adopts cap lifting unscrambler & cap hanging system for cap-feeding, compatible for different caps, economical and reliable.
4. Linear continuous capping is suitable for highs-peed production with cap-screwing of different threaded caps, like common threaded caps, trigger caps, mist spray caps, pump caps etc; humanized design makes it very easy and quick to adjust.
5. Adopting 1-side labeling machine; it can be round bottle labeling, 2-side labeling & multi-functional labeling machine for both round & 2-side labeling etc based on bottles & capacity.
5. With PLC & touch screen system, no bottle no filling, one-button washing, formula saving, auto alram, breakdown self-detecting etc
6. The capacity can be made based on actual needs, from 500-5000bottles/hour, and bottles can be from 1-5000ml; as for the big barrel or bucket from 5L-200L.
