This automatic linear filling line, a simple, economical but high-performance combination, adopts gear pump type to do filling, continuous capping & round labeling, suitable for various liquid or low viscous liquid filling, widely used for hand sanitizer, hand gel & liquid alcohol filling etc.
Main features:
1. The gear pump filling is easy to adjust filling dosage, with simple structure, easy to wash, operate & maintain.
2. Linear high-speed capper adopts bottle-calmping belts to position bottles and 3 sets of capping wheels to do continous cap-screwing, with high capping efficiency; the humanized design make it very easy & quick to adjust machine for different bottles & various threaded caps, like spray caps, pump caps & trigger caps etc.
3. With PLC & touch screen system, it's easy to operate & maintain.
4. No bottle, no filling; auto counting, one-button washing, breakdown self-detecting etc
5. With inverter to control speed, It not only can operate seperately, also can be linked to production line to meet high automation.
