Introduction:
This automatic multi-functional capping machine, simulating labor hand to do cap screwing, is suitable for various threaded or screw caps, pump caps, trigger caps, spray caps, metal caps etc, widely used for various plastic & glass bottle screwed caps closing. Auto bottle filling machines, sealing machines & labeling machines can be equipped for turnkey projects.
Main features:
1. With humanied design, linear bottles in and out, and simple structure, the machine is easy & quick to adjust for different bottles & caps.
2. With PLC & touch screen, inverter speed controlling, easy to link to other packaging line machines.
3. Can be equipped with auto cap unscrambling & feeding, it's highly automation, stable & reliable. (vibrating usncrmabler or lifting type unscrambler are optional)
4. Mainly made of top-quality stainless steel 304, totally in accordance with the requirement of GMP standards.
