Description:
This automatic anti-explosive liquid filling capping is customized to be intermittent running for successively automatic paint pen or tube feeding, steel ball filling, paint filling, labor paint head feeding, auto paint head screwing, auto cap pressing and pen exit etc. With PLC & touch screen to control & operate, very stable & durable.

1. This monoblock system adopts graduator to drive pen/tubes for successive movement and pneumatic piston filling, with high filling precision, very stable & reliable.
2. With PLC & touch screen to control & operate, no pen no filling, auto counting, auto fault diagnosis, with inverter speed controlling, easy to use & maintain.
3. With humanized design, easy to adjust & change pen/tube molds for pens with different specifications, very convenient & multifunctional.
4. Main parts all adopt the world-famous brands, like Airtac, Delta ect . It has the incomparable advantages of low failure rate, stable and reliable performance as well as the surprising longevity.
5. Mainly made of top-quality alumi alloy & SUS304, taking small-space, very delicate & durable.
